Schedule:
The pace of modern life is taxing on the body-mind. Physical and mental tension can lead to depressed immunity, muscular tightness, insomnia, high blood pressure, and anxiety. All of our classes aim to help you calm the mind and develop awareness of your body so you can fulfill your creative potential. Welcome!
